Nalliby Haddad Cela is passionate about Sales and Training. She works with national and international organizations to improve key performance indicators by increasing sales productivity, working as a team, building credibility with prospects, and providing value to clients.

Over the past 25 years, Nalliby has worked for organizations such as Xerox, Learning International, Zenger Miller, AchieveGlobal, Omega Performance, and Miller Heiman in the role of Consultant, Trainer, Commercial Director and Co-Founder of her own company. Her experience spans a wide range of industries such as pharmaceutical, financial, healthcare and manufacturing with a partial list of clients that include Siemens, Carrier, PPG, BD, GE, Dicipa, Lapisa, and Saint Gobain.

Nalliby brings joy to her work with an overriding philosophy of creating sustainable value throughout the customer relationship process. She engages clients by earning their business in every interaction, maintaining trust, and surprising them with the unexpected.

She has transformed sales and service cultures with sales methodologies and skills that lead to tangible results and achieve performance indicators. She motivates people by sharing her passion for the possibility of learning, growing, knowing, and developing without limits. Her passion is to help people grow on a personal and professional level.

Nalliby She earned a Master’s degree in Marketing from ITESM and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNITEC, and numerous certifications as a Master trainer in sales, service and leadership solutions. She loves being with her family (including her dogs), and to travel, dance, meditate and laugh.
