A former top producer and sales leader at Gartner, she later contributed to Gartner’s award-winning sales enablement team, where she trained, mentored and modeled sales excellence using the ValueSellingFramework®.

Today, Tricia partners with sales and marketing organizations to accelerate growth by aligning messaging, improving questioning techniques, and eliminating price as the main differentiator. Her work consistently helps clients achieve measurable results, such as increasing deal size by 40%+, shortening ramp time for new hires by 30% and driving overall revenue growth of 20%+.

She has led strategy and/or delivered sales programs for global enterprises and start-ups alike, including Acquia, Alteryx, Browzwear, Dun& Bradstreet, Gartner Inc. and Permutive, as well as two of the world’s largest global PR/communications agencies. Tricia brings deep expertise in both sales execution and marketing/communications, equipping her to unify sales and marketing departments under a cohesive, revenue-driving strategy.
