ValueSelling Hires New Head of Global Sales Enablement and Development

Seasoned sales enablement leader joins ValueSelling to continue global expansion in the U.S. and EMEA

In this role, Julie will collaborate with the executive team and ValueSelling associates to drive productivity and efficiency. She will support associate success through the onboarding program, coaching, technology, certification, and measurement.

Julie comes to ValueSelling Associates with 25 years of sales and senior leadership experience, leveraging her expertise in collaboration with executives and senior level associates to continue global expansion of the ValueSelling sales methodology. With a focus on efficiency and productivity, she is known to be a trail blazer when it comes to introducing disruptive technologies that evangelize sales strategies.

Julie surpassed growth expectations with global companies such as GE Capital, Aramark and Rosetta Stone. This led to the development of numerous specialities including talent management, business strategy, product development, and achieving sales excellence. During her tenure at Rosetta Stone, she increased sales bookings by 500% over a five-year period and led the salesforce to a 340% increase over a six-year period.
