Massachusetts based, Friedman has more than three decades of experience selling enterprise software and cloud solutions. He’s held sales and leadership positions at Microsoft, Computer Associates, AMR Research and META Group (both acquired by Gartner), and IDC. As a Microsoft account executive, he helped IT and business leaders solve challenging business issues and guided independent software vendors to better serve their customers using cloud-based services. As a result of his efforts, Microsoft Azure’s cloud user base grew to over a million users annually. Prior to joining Microsoft, Friedman increased revenues by 40 percent as VP of sales and director of business development at AMR Research.
