RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif. (Feb. 15, 2011) -- Kraton Polymers’ Gayle Tomkinson and Rosetta Stone’s Pete Rumpel were among the big winners at the 5th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in Miami Beach, Fla. The competition is organized by U.S. and international business associations.

Tomkinson was named Sales Education Leader of the Year and Rumpel’s division received top honors as Global Sales Team of the Year. Both also were finalists in two other categories: Sales Training or Coaching Program of the Year (Kraton) and Worldwide VP of Sales of the Year (Rumpel).

Additionally, Les Trachtman, the COO of Force 3, received the first ValueSelling Associates Award for Transformational Leadership at the banquet that publicly recognizes accomplishments in sales and customers services. Les Trachtman is a "serial entrepreneur" who has led numerous companies to high profitability, twice by implementing the ValueSelling Framework. He also mentors Harvard Business School students, whom he believes benefit significantly from having sales training -- no matter what path they travel in their careers.
