Julia Runow’s passion for sales began 12 years ago when she embarked on a career to become an entrepreneurial, energetic sales leader. Julia credits the ValueSelling Framework® with allowing her to surpass professional goals. As a Managing Partner with ValueSelling Associates, she is now eager to help other aspiring sales teams experience similar success.
ValueSelling provided Julia with a methodology to excel at managing multiple clients and building robust business development plans within complex, diverse, international and inside sales environments. She joined Gartner in 2012, and a large part of her role involved the ValueSelling Framework® to boost sales and realize tremendous growth in the teams under her leadership.
Utilizing the framework, along with Julia’s naturally competitive and achievement-driven nature, enabled her to expand new client accounts by 600%. This impressive feat led Julia, at the age of 30, to the promotion of Sales Manager DACH, a region she helped create.
Outside of her sales and entrepreneurial endeavors, Julia likes to travel, explore new restaurants and try a wide variety of wines from around the world. That appetite for new adventures leads Julia to her latest personal goal: to run the Barcelona Marathon.
